I’m a women’s health coach who helps women feel strong, balanced, and well by supporting nutrition, hormones, sleep, and stress from a natural, holistic perspective.

I work particularly with active women — women who love to move their bodies, train regularly, and challenge themselves, but who know that health doesn’t start and end in the gym. Training is just one piece of the puzzle. What happens outside of your workouts is what truly determines how you feel, recover, and function day to day.

When the body isn’t properly supported beyond training, it often shows up as low energy, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, digestive issues, mood changes, or feeling constantly run down. You might be doing “all the right things” with your training, yet still feel flat, burnt out, or stuck.

That’s where I come in. Together, we build strong foundations around nutrition, hormone support, sleep, and stress management — so your body can actually keep up with the life and training you’re asking of it, without feeling like you’re constantly walking a tightrope.

Whether you’re training regularly, competing, or simply living an active lifestyle and wanting to feel better supported, I help you nourish your body in a way that feels sustainable, realistic, and aligned with your life.

My approach is simple.

There are no quick fixes, fad diets, or 6 week challenges. 

I focus on realistic, actionable changes that we can implement to fit in with your lifestyle and activity levels.

I won't tell you to restrict food groups, I won't tell you to take a multitude of different supplements, I won't tell you you need to 'do more'. 

Instead, I'll help you create change to make you feel more in tune with your body, changes that will stick far beyond our work together, changes that will set your days/weeks/months and years up for success.

As women, we often get put in the same box as men when it comes to exercise, nutrition and sleep. I'm here to show you a better route.

About Me

My Journey With Health And Fitness.

After going through my own health journey, being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and PCOS in the space of 3 years, I understand exactly how it feels to not feel like yourself in your own body.

 

As an incredibly active person, I love running, going to the gym, and competing in fitness events. When I got unwell, these things had to stop, which was very hard to deal with.

 

After countless doctors tried to prescribe me strong antibiotics or medications to “fix” my symptoms, I felt there had to be another way.

Through food, lifestyle changes, and targeted natural supplements, I was able to regain my energy, balance my symptoms, and create a way of living that helps me manage both conditions confidently.

 

My goal is to show others that there are supportive, holistic paths you can explore - ways of nourishing your body, understanding your triggers, and building sustainable habits that help you feel better from the inside out.
